Our business model focuses on channel sales where we partner specifically with system integrators selling and supporting nurse call systems and cable/satellite TV systems installers. They are sometimes referred to as “low voltage contractors” and we are prepared to support them from the internal product education process all the way through sales and service. We are fundamentally committed to moving sales opportunities through our partners.
The primary advantage a system integrator has working with us is the ability to differentiate their offerings from the pack of commodity healthcare LCD TVs. We want to prevent the following from happening: a system integrator specs-in an LG or HCI televisions but loses that part of the sale to a direct sale or to internet pricing. That situation will not occur when working Paradigm's business model as we do not sell over the internet or direct to End Users.
